Here is the db file i compiled from [pec]. Please look at the readme file. Over 600+ games are NTSC-U supported, and 1800+ total. Remember that the ?? modifiers can be found at code junkies
****Cheating on ANY game can cause the saves to be WIPED out. Always backup the SAVEDATA folder OR export the saves using CWCheat****
*****Some Cheats can also cause crashes on games (IT WILL NOT BRICK, so dont worry), and some cheats can cause freezes to happen******
***** So if your game freezes or you cant get past a certain part because its not acting like its suppose to. DISABLE the cheat and Continue on**
**UPDATE for REV-3(FINAL)***
All NTSC codes are added into the database now. Some game codes were not added due to 500 limit and lack of use. If requested, i will add them on newer releases. I will add the FULL NTSC release to the COMPLETE regions (Might not work since the file will be over 5mb). NTSC version has been tested (2.5mb) and is working fine. Some might experience crashes, i still haven't found the source to the problem yet since mines always work. Enjoy and Thanks for all the support!
-weltall has approved this database and will add it all of his future CWCheat releases
-Add new codes to ALL REGIONS database
-Create new COMPLETE versions that includes "ALL REGIONS", "NTSC", and "PSP Filer" altogether
cheatpops.db REV-3(FINAL) (NTSC)
**UPDATE for REV-2 (NTSC CODES ONLY)**
-Fixed FFVII-FFVIII-FFIX-Legend of Mana codes are now proper, useless codes are removed for more space to limit the 500 code limit. Naming is provided better. Will Fix more games if anyone can find more to fix
-Metal Gear Solid Versions 1.0 and 1.1 are now added instead of 1.0 only which causes crashes on some people
-Majority of game codes are now 30 characters or less. Some still needs work
-Joker codes are added back in (Joker codes are for use only with codes that needs combinations of buttons)
-S-ID's are all named properly now instead of 3 (Useless games i presume)
cheatpops.db REV-2 (NTSC)

From the Readme.txt file
This is the cheatpops.db where i converted all of the codes that was provided in [pec] and some i grabbed myself from Codejunkies. This is provided for those who want to cheat using Dark Alex's Custom firmware 3.02OE-B and above. Use this with CWCHEAT 016 REV B and above for most of your homemade PSX rips.
i have tested this already and codes load correctly, be careful if adding more codes, i noticed that when the file gets too big, it wont load properly.
(Mines didnt load when it was more than 4mbs)
for games using that requires you to fill in the modifiers (????), those can be searched for and found at http://www.cmgsccc.com/
There are still some S-ID's that are 00000, you can fill those in with the correct ID that you want. If your game codes are not loading and you've checked that the codes are supported on the .db file. Enter the CWCheat Menu and check if the S-ID is correct. Remember that it IS case sensative. Enjoy.
SLUS + SCUS = NTSC-U
SLES + SCES = PAL
SLPS + etc = NTSC-J
the S-ID has to match EXACTLY what CWCheat has for your PSX game
Here are some examples of S-ID's that are original and what CWCheat has. (These are my versions, other versions could be different)
Original S-ID CWCheat Version
WildARMS SCUS_94608 _S EXE\SCUS94
Castlevania SLUS_00067 _S LUS_000.7;
Parappa SCUS_94183 _S scus_94183
Notice that for WildARMS and Castlevania, i had to change the S-ID EXACTLY to what CWCheat says. and for Parappa, CWCheat "IS" case sensitive, so i had to change the "SCUS" to lowercase which is "scus"
NOTE: some Multi-Disk games require you to change the S-ID's to continue using the cheats on the new disc (some games i already made duplicates for already)
SLUS_00664 is for Disc 1
SLUS_00669 is for Disc 2
if you want to load the codes to Disc 2, you have to go into cheatpops.db and change it to the correct name
copy the seplugins folder to the root of your memory stick
**UPDATE** Now including Tutorial on how to use CWCheat and Manage Memory Cards
