My psp won't make any sound :(

my psp doesn't make any sound.. i know it's in full sound unless if a speaker, headphone, headset etc. are plug in.... i tried everything ... i format my MS, make setting to default.. turn of all plugins... T_T can anyone help me pls ^_^ and i got a 5.00 m33-6 (phat) psp... btw if i plug in a speaker or etc.. nothing appear in my psp screen like uhhmm i think it says like JAZZ.... any help will be appreciated ^_^ thx in advance

You tried formatting flash1 in Recovery under advanced settings?
Also try using Hellcat's Recovery Flasher and reflash 5.00 M33-6.
Or you could try updating to 5.50 GEN
If all else, fails, it may be a hardware problem, in which case I can't help you.

if that doesnt work as The Evilone said hardware problem look here and replace the sound/wifi bioard should solve your problem you will need to gut you psp to do so i have a tutoral which shows the less amount of steps to get to it and swap it out if you need it pm me
