small problem with 5.03 genc

i hav a psp 3000 with 5.03 genc installed,
when i change the cpu clock game or xmb in the vsh menu, psp wont go into sleep mode or shutdown,it happened a couple of times and i removed the battery and reinstalled genc,is this normal??is ther any solution to this?

I havent used 5.03 GEN C..What u said, might be a bug in GEN-C.

Might as well change the cpu clock xmb to default and see if it goes to sleep. I have never felt the need to overclock. Always leave it at default.

yea i tried changing the cpu clock xmb and game to default,psp still wont go to sleep,i overclocked it becs i had prob with the framerates while playing daxter and LBP so i thought overclocking would improve the performance

see if ur power button works in official firmware mode

yeah the power button works normally in official firmware mode and even on custom firmware,i hav a problem only when i change the speed in vsh menu

uninstall gen c and run it again see if it solves the problem.

If your PSP refuses to shut down or go into sleep mode for you, you will have to take out the battery and it put it back in.

i know, tht is what i did,but it has happened a few times and it is annoying having to install again(lord bless the guy who told me abt mhu speed

),

do u have sedna plugin installed on ur psp
