Exclamation Please Help, my psp won't turn on after putting in pandora battery

I just bought a pandora battery online from dael extreme. i made a MMS out of a Sony memduo stick 4gb using Rain's simple MMS maker. no problems. but then following the instructions here (http://www.psp-hacks.com/forums/f133...9/#post1084297) i took out my regular battery, and with the MMS already inside, stuck in the pandora battery. i wasn't holding anything down. a green light came on but no screen and it wouldn't turn off. i tried puttin my old battery inside to check to see if it still ran fine, and it didn't. it won't turn on at all. i tried taking out the MMS and booting it, but to no avail. so is my PSP trashed or what, because i'm totally lost

    PLEASE PLEASE help me!

    Btw i have a psp 1000

Make sure your pandora battery is charged. Insert your mms and then put the pandora battery in while holding L. Then if all went right, it should boot into pandora. Then just follow the on-screen directions. Hope that helped!

Few possible options here. Likely a combo of trying to use the ac adapter and pandora at the same time. You don't want to do that.

Remove all sources of power. Ac adapter and battery. Put in JUST the ac adapter and attempt to power on. It should power on from there. If that's the case, wait until your at your psp's main menu, then put in the pandora's battery and allow it to charge for a bit.

With that done, remember you need to remove the ac adapter, remove pandora, hold any button combo you have set up (normally L trigger) and put in pandora. If it's still powering on to only a black screen the memstick simply isn't set up correctly. Pretty much that simple.
Do things well. If you have to ask a question, ask a specific one. If you try and help, try and help well. If you must fail, fail epically.

IDunnoMyNick is correct. The PSP should not have been harmed by the Pandora battery at all.

Use PSP Grader v008. Go to psp-hacks.com and do a search for it. It is the easiest to use. There's also a tutorial for it stickied in the tutorial section.
