Run Flash content on CFW 5.5-D2

Hello People,

I'm a total noob with the psp hacking scene so go easy on my ignorance, yesterday Ive bought a hacked psp 2nds. After a little fiddling i came to know that mine is a psp-2000 and its hacked with CFW 5.5 D2.

Now Ive got two problems

1) I wanted to play .swf files but dont have a wi-fi router, so ive started my console with the R- button pressed to enter recovery menu there i went into registry tweaks and enabled the flash player and then went to the browser to access the game that I've copied into the PSP (it is a Flash v6 .swf file) but it says content not accessible.

2) Ive got GTA-VCS UMD with me but even though i put it in nothing happens also there is no UMD option in menu.

Please help me with this guys .Thanks in advance.
