Very Interesting problem
I have a psp slim lite 200, silver. I recently dropped it and the piece on my motherboard where my back lite connects broke X.X but i am thankful for remote_Joy_Lite 19, I use it to watch my screen and play games, well my little brother got a hold of it and hit the "Restore Default Settings" option...
It was ok "I Thought" until my games iso's wouldn't work..(Note: I have used these iso's many time before on this psp) I cannot get use recovery to check my settings because the screen doesn't work, and i don't want to mess it up. Not even my programs like yoshihiro's decrypter and umd dumper will work anymore.
Does any1 have any suggestions on what could have changes with the "reset" or a program for pc or psp that might let me see the recovery options on my PC screen?
FW: 5.00 m33-6 (Let me know if you need more info)

If it was just the ISOs that wouldn't work I would say the ISO driver was changed back to default (press select to bring up the VSH menu, you'll see it). But you say homebrew won't work either...

yeah, i though of that too, i have tried " normal" "OE isofs" "Sony NP9660" and " M33 Driver" no luck, I've evern tried changing game speed with each of those drivers

The games don't work or don't show up at all?
If you have GameCategories, it might have been disabled.
But I don't know how you'd fix that if the screen doesn't work....

if the UMD ISO MODE is set to default you will not beable to start ISO's >>>AND<<< homebrew!! since they both are basically "games" *gasp!*
reset your iso mode to M33 DRIVER and all should be fine again

UMD ISO Mode has no effect on any homebrew.
Homebrew are EBOOT.PBP's (PSP Boot Package), not ISO's.

OK thank you for all the help but i have fixed it. I use a program called Recovery for LE 3.90 m33. ( compatible with 5.0 m33 ) This allowed my recovery to be accessed from my XBM menu, Alowing me to see this new recovery menu with the help of Remote Joy Lite.
As i suspected, My Game Homebrew Kernal Was set to 1.50, I switched it to 4.XX and now it is running perfectly Fine. Thanks for the support.
