Error Codes 80020148 & 80020321 - HELP

Hi there! I am having trouble running some games on my PSP phat and I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I've got both FF-Dissidia 012 Prologus and FF-Dissidia 012 but neither of them work. I've gotten the error code 80020148 when trying to play both and once I toggled the settings of my firmware when trying to get FF-Dissidia 012 I got the code 80020321. What do they mean and how do I fix them?

I have a PSP Phat (one of the very first ones released in North America) and am currently running CFW 5.00 M33-6. I installed it using the ChickHEN TIFF image trick, if that's relevant. Also, I remember reading that in some cases, users had to install Prometheus 5.00 in order to get any newer games to work. If this is case, how do I install it? I got my PSP hacked by a friend and don't understand where to put everything. If I need to install Prometheus 5.00 (or any other CFW-please let know which) could someone please tell me with n00b friendly instructions how to do so? Thanks!

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction! It worked perfectly and I am now able to enjoy both games perfectly without problems
