PSP Go 6.20 need help to run ISO

Hi guys, I am new to the forum and I need a little help if possible.

I have had a look around the guides and such and they can be quite hard to read and understand for someone who is new.

Basically I have got a PSP go, it is at OFW 6.20 and I have downloaded and been running TN-E.

I have got Prometheus up and running but even when I create a new file in the root menu it won't find my .ISO files when I load up prometheus.

I am ideally looking for help to get the .ISO running and then if possible could someone point me in the right direction for getting a Game Boy emulator going on it so I can play Pokemon Red and relive my glory days as a child again.
