how iss it if one takes a java browser (IE. opera) in java format and convert to ISO to EBOOT?

in theory would it work or not?

netfront 4 for psp gave me the idea, same with the opera mini on the pspkmv.

none works now and portals sucks.

how hard is it to port a browser on the psp?
