[Release] PSPHexEdit, now with search function

So I finally found a use for this silly thing (needed to hack a save state), and realized man, it really needs a search function. So I added one.



v78992 (Oct 9 2009):
-Implemented search function.
-Added estimated battery runtime to status display.
-Fixed bug that could cause battery status not to display. Changed colours used for charging/low states.
-Updated web address (though ironically that address is also down right now, but will be back up someday)

(BTW, is anyone interested in translating this? I might know someone who can do Japanese and Korean... though I'll probably have to rewrite the entire rendering engine to support Asian characters <_<)
