    Default [Beta C++] Stitch'd - The F*cked Up Platformer

    I can change the title if you want me to, it might be pushing the limit but I did censor it (Rofl).
    As of right now this is in extremely early stages, but since a lot of people release their programs in early stages I decided to do the same for mine. Now, I have a ton of work to do still but I'm currently taking a break to work on a side project that will hopefully get me into advanced C++.
    This is open source, and the zip file with the source code will be attached. Beware, the code is really messy and ill-formatted, and since then I have changed my programming style quite a bit (For the better). Well, enough pointless talking, on to the game:

    Here's a shitty quality YouTube video (Shitty because CamStudio + Emulating the PSP's screen via AdHoc can only be at a certain quality, no matter how high your resolution is -_-) ~

    DESCRIPTION:
    This isn't as "fucked up" as the title sounds as of right now, but I want to make it the only gory platformer (Or the goriest, I think slaughterhouse was a platformer but IDK).

    Currently I've implemented:
    Jumping
    Collision
    Character Selection
    Some Animations
    Rocks and destroying rocks (Square)
    Sprinting (Circle)
    And more, I just don't want to type everything out.

    The credits screen is not up to date and I have a lot of shit to add and remove. I don't intend for anyone to beta test this, but if you want to go ahead. To compile it (Even though the folder "Stitch'd" contains a pre-compiled game) just run -finished.cmd and it should update the EBOOT in the Stitch'd folder. Now just copy that folder to GAME.

    Thanks, and that's good to know (That the video works). There really aren't that many advanced functions and stuff in that one, but I worked for a while on the pain in the ass sprites lol.

    Lol I laughed when I read the title, this is a nice game though, I have said it many times and I will say it again, that's some nice art

    Haha, thanks. Glad you like the art It took a while though, that's the whole reason I started that side project (To take time and focus on coding alone, not worrying about graphics).

    Thanks lol, and yeah I'm using RemoteJoy Lite. It's a pain in the ass to install the drivers though, I would have just used my camera if I didn't already have them from XLink Kai.

    Thanks, and hopefully if I get back on it soon enough the next update will be gigantic.
