Help making CTF Theme?

Hello, i need help making a ctf theme for cxmb, im new to this, not much Exp in this theme stuff, just kinda new to Psp Hacking, please help, link me to something that has a STEP BY STEP on how to do this or whatever u have to,

Some stuff in there aren't fit/ or don't work on 6.39
for example, The XMB Multi-Customizer.
