I downloaded the files, and followed the instructions. After installing, I uploaded and converted two pdfs into my psp. However, after going to file:/psp/common/ebook/index.html through internet explorer, the reader stays on the loading screen (the black screen with white bars turning red). It will not prompt me to select any ebook whatsoever.

    I have firmware 6.20.

what were the names of the pdf files? What is the OS u r using?,
there are some issues with pdf files having specific character.

try reinstalling the reader in ebook utility and then again convert the pdf after renaming it to something simple...

    reply if still havin prob.
