Default Launching homebrew on 6.37 using HBL

    Welcome everyone
First of all, Skorpian and PSP-Hacks aren't responsible if you brick your PSP. If you follow all instruction correctly, you shouldn't damage your PSP. However, if you brick it or cause any damage, it's your very own responsibility.
So you updated to 6.37 OFW for whatever reason and miss your homebrew? Some homebrew you like can't be signed and you can't run them? Well, JJS hasn't forgotten you. He released HBL R112, now signed, runs from XMB directly. It can run lots of homebrew and emulators with exception of ISO's and kernel-mode homebrew.

This isn't very useful for PSP 1000 or PSP 2000 NON-TA088V3 as you can use pandora battery and magic memory stick to downgrade yourself back to CFW

But this is useful for PSP 2000 TA088V3, PSP 3000 and PSP Go because you can't downgrade those guys, but you can now run homebrew . So why wait, proceed to installing HBL to rock on your homebrew

    Installing HBL
    1-Download HBL R113
    2-Extract it
3-Copy 'HBL' folder ( located in PSP/GAME in the archive ) to PSP/GAME on your PSP Memory stick or PSP GO internal storage ( I'm not sure if it'll work on PSP GO memory stick, try it and report if you can please )
4-Copy hbl folder, h.bin file to root of your memory stick ( the root is very first place you see once you open your PSP Drive letter, which means you copy hbl folder next to PSP, Picture etc folders )
5-Put some homebrew in PSP/GAME on your PSP and then you'll be able to launch them when the menu pops up.
6-Go to Game-Memory Stick on your PSP and launch HBL

7-A basic menu will show up listing your homebrew. Select one, press X and enjoy your homebrew
Note : When you want to run homebrew, just follow steps 6 and 7, and enjoy your homebrew.
It's best to use emulators which have been ported to be good with HBL.
Please also notice that not all homebrew will work, kernel-mode homebrews and ISO loaders will not work for sure. Some user-mode homebrew might not work either.

    That's it! Enjoy your homebrew!
    Credits
1-DAX, M33 team and GEN team for all their work.
2-JJS, wololo and all of those involved in HBL work
3-You for just reading my guide

Perhaps I'm being a complete newbie here, but for some reason the HBL program won't load up at all. I followed the instructions (HBL folder under PSP/GAMES, and hbl folder and h.bin on the root of the drive) given, and the icon for it shows up on my memory card, but opening it up just gives me the PSP splash-screen, and then a black screen until I power-down the PSP and start it back up again. (Which lead to a minute or so of pants-******* panic over the thought that I'd managed to 'brick' my PSP, but that's another subject... )

Anyway, did I do something wrong? I've got a PSP-3000 (the red/black model, to be exact) running the 6.37 firmware, so I shouldn't have any problems, theoretically.

    Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Ahh, never mind; apparently HBL requires at least one game/app/whatever for it to find to load up. Once I pointed it to my 'Homebrew' folder, the E113 version came right up proper-like.
