i did the same steps .when ever i save the 620 or 635 it keep giving wrong uploading ...
all the steps are going ok except last one when i make update folder and seve 620 or 620go or 635 or 635go dose not work and the downloaded folder it shows like bad file at the psp.

Did you extract the EBOOT.PBP files from the .RAR file?

Well first of all, what model PSP using and what firmware are you on?
Make sure the EBOOT.PBP file is in the right folder, so it looks like PSP/GAME/UPDATE/EBOOT.PBP
