How To Made A Cintro. Actually It's Just The Same As Building A Gameboot. But Cintro Is Much Easier,
Because You Need Not To Worry About The Frames. Ok. Now If You Wanna Made A PMf. You Must Have A Sony UMD Tools.
Its Illegal. So Find It Your Self. Thankx. ;)

Ok Ferst. You Select The Video That You Wish To Make It To Intro.
Use Any Video Editor. ( Im Using Ulead Video Editor 10. You Can Get It At WWW.ULEAD.COM It Has 30 Days Trial )
Ok. Now You Cut The Scene Which You Want It To Play. After Cutting The Scene.
Save It As AVI Format And The Most Important Thing Is The Frame Rate. The Frame Rate Must Be 29.97fps And
Make It Frame Size To 480x272. After Checking All The Frames Thing Is Alright. You Good To Save It.

Ok Second Step. Take A Mp3 Audio You Wish To Merge It With The Video The You Have Just Made. Then You Select The Part That You Want In The Mp3 Audio.
Cut The Part That You Don't Want. ( Im Using Sony Sound Forge To Cut Mp3 Audio )
The Important Thins For The Mp3 Audio Is You Must Have The Same Duration For Your Video And Audio.
( Exmple Your intro duration is 1min49sec. Your audio Duration Must Be The Same As Your video duration ) Get It ?
Ok. After cutting Ur Mp3 Audio Save It To WAV Format. ( Channel: Stereo , Sample Rate(Hz):44100 , Bit Per Sample: 8 )

Now You Have The Both Video And Audio. You Good To Go To The Next Step.

Ok Third Step. Start the UMD stream composer and select 'new'.
Enter a clip name and project name into the dialogue boxes and click next to go to the clip settings screen.
Check the "PSP Movie Format for game" box and set a maximum clip size of 2MB, click finish.
Now click on 'video source', click open in the popup and browse to the source you prepared earlier.
Then Click on 'audio source', click open in the popup and browse to the source you prepared earlier.
The default average video bitrate is 1000kps, this can give a grainy output,
so click on 'video enc setting' and raise the average bitrate to 1500+ for a better quality result. ( If You Wish For Better Result You May Change It )
Finally, go to Run on the menu bar and select 'Encode and Multiplex'.
Encoding will take a minute and when its done you can click close and exit the program.

Now on to the final stage. Converting the MPS file that you encoded with stream composer into your final gameboot pmf.
To do this copy 00001.MPS from UmdStreamComposer\MuxWork\Name Of Your Gameboot\00001 to the folder where you extracted MPStoPMFfinal.
Just Leave Its Name 00001.MPS and execute runme.bat.
Then 00001.PMF will Appeared There. Now Just rename It to Intro.pmf and You Are Good To Go.

    Hopefully This Help.
If You Need Any Help Just Ask Me. Its My Pleasure To Help.
By The Way Sorry For My Bad English Writing.
    Hope You Understand It.

    :) ENJOY DOING YOUR OWN C-INTRO :)

Odd, I followed the gameboot formula yet it cut a massive piece out of my video..

    Well, guess I'll try this.

kartoon try this. hopes it works for you man.

you remember after u using the umd sony tools. later on u will get the 00001.MPS
then now put it on MPStoPMFfinal converter.
Try Leaving Its Name 00001.MPS and JUST execute THE runme.bat
Then 00001.PMF will Appeared There. Now Just rename It to Intro.pmf and one thing is to try it. :)

    Hopesfully this work. :)
