Can't make my gameboot longer.

Even after editing opening_plugin.rco and resetting my PSP (5.00 M33-6) just in case, my gameboot still stops after the standard 2.5 seconds no matter what I change the Delay value to. Yes, I'm changing the right one, just... nothing is happening.

Both the .pmf file and .rco are there.

Did you flash them into the Resource folder?

Replaced my files with the download. Still stopping at the 2.5 second mark.

Is there any possibility of plugins being to blame?

You could try disabling your plugins. Don't know if any would cause the problem other than possibly the CXMB plugin or any other plugin that loads rco/gameboot.pmf from the memory stick.

I flashed the files and the gameboot plays all the way through.

If you are using the CXMB plugin by chance and a CTF without a custom gameboot but it has an opening_plugin.rco compiled into it, the gameboot will not play all the way through.
