Stickies in help section

While I realize the stickies in the help section may be of benefit to noobs, nonetheless that is the purpose of the tutorials section. They now take up a fair chunk of the first page. I propose all stickies but Spartan 117's original one be either unstickied and allowed to die or moved to tutorials.

another ideas is to make a sub-forum for them
cuz moving to tutorial section is not very good idea
as noobs never go there
they always go to help and see there

The 3.10+ downgrader thread can remain, and a locked sticky instructing people to go to the tutorials section could stay up there.

i've been meaning to clear up some of the stickies lately. here's that i did::

useful links. read before posting for help (old. we also have a sticky in the tutorials section just like that)
need to downgrade/play isos? click here! (basically a shorter version of p0Wer's downgrading tutorial. the "Got an ISO Problem? Click Here." sticky is actually better at iso trouble shooting even though it's a few months old)
the Emulator Guide (not completed yet. will be moved to tutorials section when it's up to snuff)

i really dont see a point to 'paisson's sticky, though :/ it's not just me, right?

the big psp guide (just like cls's guide to everything in the tutorials section. i think the guides should be combined, though. iceman's tutorial has some stuff that cls's doesnt.)

Good job, that section looks a lot cleaner now. I lost interest in maintaining my sticky there, plus it was somewhat unoriginal.
