Photo of slimmer XBOX 360 leaked (sort of)

Kotaku has managed to unearth a photo of a new XBOX 360 motherboard, which is in turn dominated with a large CoolerMaster fan (no more RRODs?).
Sure, Microsoft has released a few iterations of the 360’s guts, but this is the first time that the company has managed to shove both the CPU and GPU into a single board, making it smaller/slimmer. To quote Kotaku:

The pic above shows the board in question, with the chip part of a rumoured redesign for the Xbox 360 console, testing of which has recently been completed in China. This isn't simply a new board for the existing hardware, either; it's reportedly a total redesign of the console. Think the PS3 Slim, only...for an Xbox 360.

The blog seems determined that this photo is legit, and that it suggests an upcoming redesign for us to marvel at, allowing the console to dominate the market once again. They also have reason to believe that a reboot of the product line can help their Natal launch by reducing the cost of the console itself to make up for the higher manufacturing costs of the brand spanking new Natal peripheral.
All the ports seem to be in vaguely the same positions as older models too, so this could very well be a legit Chinese leak?
UPDATE: A Cooler Master representative was unable to comment on the validity of this rumor, although he did mention that the reason being is an NDA with Microsoft. This means that Cooler Master is directly dealing with Microsoft, therefore whether or not the company will be cooling the XBOX 360 rev. 6 or XBOX 720 is still unknown.
It's possible this could be the Valhalla chipset revision. Valhalla is the codename of a "future" XBOX 360 chipset that will combine the CPU and GPU onto a single die. It's not yet known what the manufacturing process in nanometers is yet, or availability.

If ANYTHING, it would be the Valhalla revision; the single CPU/GPU (45nm each die) unified chip. If it were not for that Microsoft on the chip, I would have said it was not an XB360 board. Also, the NATAL XB360 is coming this fall, that could be the motherboard they use, the Valhalla.
