    It's funny that the Xbox 360 is made in China, but still isn't available for legal purchase there, neither is PS3, or Wii; but Billy G. isn't giving up hope.

    Microsoft executive Zhang Yaqin told the Shanghai Daily that the company still hopes to receive approval to sell the 360 in China, but that "... it all depends on the government." There's still no set timetable for launch and the issue involves "several government bureaus," which, of course, only adds multiple layers of bureaucracy.

    I haven't bothered to look up anything about this but why cant they sell these consoles over there when they make them?

    China has a ban on nearly all video games. Hong Kong doesn't count.
