Can I use my Seagate laptop Hard drive in my Xbox 360 Slim?
4GB is not enough for hardly anything, and I'm getting tired of it. I already have a Seagate Momentus 5400.4 120GB, and I am NOT going to buy a WD Hard drive, because I shouldn't need to. I have read in the forums, and I haven't gotten a satisfactory answer. First, tell me if I can use it. Second, tell me how, in a way that a regular human would be able to comprehend. Thank you.

Dude! It has to be a compatible drive, for use with Hddhakr. IT tells you that, and I just posted the list of compatible models, like a day or so ago, for someone else! Also, you apparently know that since you said you did not want to buy a WD, so NO, and you know it's NO.
You can buy prehacked drives, with a slim caddy for $45.00 shipped from Ebay, I bought two thus far.

HDDHackr v1.22 Build 20091022
Q. With which HDD's does this work ?
A. As of version 1.22, it now works with all sizes and versions of the
WesternDigital Scorpio Series.
Q. Could you do this for my Seagate, Maxtor, Samsung or whatever drive too ?
A. Yes, but I don't have plans to do so. It is a lot of work to convert this tool
for usage with other brands and don't think it is worth the trouble.

His app, he does what he wants, but that kind of sucks. If his app is opensource, I hope someone makes an edit to the program to also do Seagate drives since those are the next type of popular drives.
