i need xbox360 & halo3 help!!!!!!!!

ok so i have halo3 limited edition on preorder fully paid off and i just bought the old xbox and i could return it for $100.00 and get the legendary version of halo3. and if i trade an any game to halo 3 preorder you get 20% extra trade in value to what the games are worth at ebgame or gamestop.
and with the extra moeny i can get other halo3 xbox 360 stuff too..
p.s. the 360 has alot of hardware issue like breaking down overheating and etc. what should i do i dont have a 360 yet but getting one on the first what one should i get???

anyway, if i were u id just get an extended warranty from the store u are getting ur xbox from, there aint anything different inside the halo 3 xbox (AFAIK) as there is to the regualr ones. its really up to personal preference mate, tbh the case dnt matter to me cos im gunna get a new one anyway soon, bang a few neons in there etc etc so like i say its up to personal prefernce though i would get an extended warranty from teh store u are buying from if they offer it
